Deerfield River Fishing Report 9/1/17

BWO 16-20, Caddis 12-16, Tricos  18-20, Chernobyls 8-10, Hoppers 10-12, Ants 12-18, Black/Cinamon Flying Ants 16-20, Light Cahill 12-16, White Wulffs 12-14,  Golden/Black/Brown Stonefly Nymphs 8-12, Pheasant Tail Nymphs 12-18, Olive/Natural Caddis Nymphs 12-18, Olive Quill nymph 14-16, Attractor Nymphs 10-18, Olive/Black Wooly Buggers 6-12, Muddler Minnow 6-10.

Water temps are looking good. 62 degrees on the upper and 66 on the lower river and dropping. Good hatches of white mayflies in the evening. Anything white seems to be working and swinging soft hackles is also quite productive. Chernobyls with an olive quill dropper has been getting some fish in the net during the middle of the day. Be willing to change your flies up.
